Analysis
|
The whole displays don’t work.
|
1. Check the power connection of the screen.
(Use a multi-meter to check AC 180V~240V input power and
DC 5V power supply)
|
A. Problem of the input
AC power, please check AC line. B. If the receiving card is without
power, please reconnect 5V DC or replace the power supply.
|
2. Problem of control system (usually refers to sending
card or receiving card)
|
Please replace components of control system one by one
to check which one is defective; or contact us to repair.
|
3. Wrong setting of graphic card
|
Check and reset the graphic card
|
4. The graphic card is damaged.
|
Replace the graphic card.
|
5.The computer turns into dormancy or screen-protecting
status (refers to LED display that uses synchronous control system)
|
a. If the computer is
dormant, enter the Control Panel, click Power Control and
choose Never when setting System, Waiting and Turning
off the Display.
|
Whole or partial contents of the screen are disorderly displayed.
|
1. No power on the receiving card
|
Check the power connection.
|
2. The receiving card is damaged.
|
Reload the receiver setting file or replace the
receiver, or contact us for help.
|
One or more colors of R/G/B can not be displayed on the screen.

1.The data cable is damaged or in poor contact
|
Reconnect or replace the flat cable

2.Problem of the receiving card

Contact us to repair or
replace the receiving card

3. The first module is damaged.
|
Replace the first module
|
Horizontally, certain modules do not work and then comes
to other modules after them working abnormally.

1. The 5V-power cable loosens on the connection between
modules

Reconnect or the 5V power cable

2.The first module connecting the Hub board
is damaged
|
Replace the damaged module
|
3.The data cable is poorly connected
|
Reconnect or replace the data cable
|
Horizontally, the whole line of modules on certain
cabinet do not work or display disorderly.

1.The data cable is improperly connected

Reconnect or replace the data cable

2. Components on the first module are damaged.

Replace the damaged components

3. Interface of related control system is damaged.

Repair or replace the components
|
The whole screen remains static.
|
The first receiving card is without power or damaged.
|
Check the power supply or replace the receiving card
|
Vertically, certain
rows of LEDs can’t be lighted, or the LEDs on the same row remain static for
the screen’s displays or are constantly lighted.

The module is damaged.
|
Replace the module or Replace LEDs
|
Horizontally, certain
two lines of LEDs can’t work or keep lighting.
|
The driver IC is damaged.
|
Replace the IC
|
The graphics or text can’t display completely or
display in wrong section.
|
1.Wrong setting of the display connection
|
Reset the display connection in software
|
2. The graphics or text is not consistent with the size
of the LED display area.
|
Adjust the setting on the computer until they fit the
LED display.
|
3. There may be electric conductor on the control card.
|
Open the computer case, check if there is electric
conductor on the control card.
|
No signal on the LED display
|
1.Problem of the software parameters
|
Check the parameters
|
2. Problem of the serial port connection or the signal
cable
|
Check if the serial port is connected tight; if the
signal cable is damaged.
|
The LED display is soundless
|
Caused by the collision between the voice controllers
of the graphics card and the computer
|
Turn off the voice controller of the computer. Do as
the follows: click My
Computer, find the Device Manager in Hardware, choose
the Sound Controller and then turn off the Realtek high definition Audio.
