The products that can be ordered online are LED screen modules, LED control cards, LED video processors, LED power supplies, and other LED display parts. Please kindly read the following policies before you place an order.
1. Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, we will deliver the goods within 3 working days if they are available in stock. We will inform you of the delivery time if we just happen to run out of stock.
2. We only ship to the confirmed address for your order so please do confirm the delivery address when you pay by PayPal or Credit Card.
3. We will cancel your order and refund you if our PayPal account says "not eligible to ship"--meaning no seller protection for us, only for the buyer. You can ignore this rule if you pay by Wire Transfer or Western Union.
4. Normally you can receive the goods in 4-8 working days, shipped by DHL, Fedex or UPS with a tracking number. Sea-shipment for large cargo usually takes 15 to 45 days. The shipping time range is provided by shipping companies, so we cannot guarantee you in any case. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
5. Please inform us if you want to lower the product value in the shipping invoice in order to avoid or minimize the import taxes on your side. If not, we will use the actual amount as paid.
6. If required, please provide necessary assistance for the shipping company concerning the customs clearance of the goods in your country.
7. Please check the items in front of DHL, FedEx or UPS courier when they arrive. If the goods are damaged, please try to obtain documentary evidence for the breakage, and in the meantime, email us with photos of the packaging and products as soon as possible.
8. We do not accept refunds for custom made products. Regularly stocked items may be returned for refund with a 20% restocking charge if the request is made within 3 days of receiving. Items must be in good and resalable condition. Shipping costs back and forth and import taxes (if there are any) are all borne by the buyer.
9. The products ordered will not be repaired for free if the warranty codes are ripped off.
10. We provide one year of quality warranty for most of the LED part products and two years for complete LED display products.(Special terms are subject to final Proforma Invoice.). If there are any faults under normal use during this period, we will fix or replace the parts for free of charge in our factory. Customers are responsible for back-and-forth shipping costs.
